Some of our Houses date back to the 17th century, others to the 18th or even the 19th, our eponymous House, on the other hand, dates back to the 20th century. Since 1976, we've been building up the precious heritage of our vineyards and estates in Champagne, Camargue, Provence, and Portugal.
How can we not acknowledge that every day spent at Pommery has enabled us to achieve so much?
Like the creation of Clos Pompadour or the embellishment of Domaine Pommery in Reims, which took almost 3 years to regain the superb blue color chosen by Madame Pommery. The creation of Experience Pommery and their place on the contemporary art scene. Or the classification on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
When we think of the Domaine, of course, we also think of the Villa Demoiselle, which, as an incredible achievement, an epic saga shared with formidable craftsmen, is today recognized as one of the jewels of our heritage.
The Domaine Royal de Jarras is a spectacular and bewitching wine estate, to which was added the gem that is Château la Gordonne and its exceptional power to conquer the world with the Cuvée Chapelle Gordonne.
There is of course also a special place for our adventure to conquer the Douro Superior. This vineyard was created and shaped on one single slope overlooking the Douro River and the Spanish frontier.

Château La Gordonne is a unique property in Provence, covering a contiguous area with 320 hectares of vineyard planted on an exceptional, seaward-facing amphitheater of shale. This high-quality terroir gives a rich aroma that differs according to the grape varietals planted at the property. Large varieties of grape such as Grenache, and Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, typical of Provence, are present on the estate.
Domaine Royal de Jarras is a unique property with a contiguous estate of 429 hectares of vines spread over the third fossil offshore bar. The soils are cultivated traditionally, without using any herbicides. In order to avoid wind erosion, a vegetation cover of rye protects the soil from October to May. More than 5,000 sheeps graze these grasslands during the winter. Fertilization is essentially organic. The vine population of Domaine Royal de Jarras is mainly Grenache. It is a grape variety whose juice presents itself after the pressing with its unique “rosé grey” color, which is at the origin of its name, Gris de Gris.
