Experience an extraordinary moment at the heart of the Domaine Pommery. After a tour of the Gallo-Roman crayères (chalk pits), Experience Pommery #17 and the champagne-making process, join us at our restaurant Le Réfectoire. The Chef will propose a lunch or dinner, accompanied by the champagnes of the Maison for an unforgettable gustatory experience.

The experience will end with a tasting of three cuvées from the Apanage range, depending on the pairing.
